Originally from Avignon, Jérôme Manifacier worked in the most luxurious palaces of the French cost and the French Alps during 15 years.
Since 1997, it is in Switzerland that he delights palates. Amongst his experiences in different five stars hotels and three stars restaurants, Jérôme Manifacier was nominated Best Chef of Swiss Romandie in 2015 while he was Chef at Le Vertig’O restaurant in Geneva – where he also got his first Michelin star.

Since Chef Yann Poillot has taken over the kitchens of Abacus last August, he has expressed his creativity, crafting and reinterpreting the very best dishes of French cuisine to let his guests experience the best gastronomic food.
This big-hearted globetrotter Chef settled in Cambodia after having gained experience all over the world.
On 12th of January, Chef Yann Poillot is more than happy to welcome Chef Jérôme Manifacier in his kitchens.

In 2016, he decided to move forward and opened his own restaurant Café Restaurant du Quai, in Hermance, Switzerland. His secrets to become such a talented Chef?
